KING DIAMOND – Update 31.03.2011

DEUTSCH: King Diamonds Frau Livia hat sich kürzlich erneut über den Gesundheitszustand ihres Mannes nach seiner dreifachen Bypass-Operation geäußert.

King hat am Freitag, 11.03.11 sein Herzrehabilitations-Programm erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Dank der wunderbaren Menschen im Reha-Zentrum, gelang es ihm, viel Muskelmasse aufzubauen, so dass er darauf aufbauen kann. Wir werden damit beginnen, reguläre Übungen durchzuführen, damit seine Ausdauer gestärkt wird. Die Untersuchungen von seinem Herzchirurgen und Kardiologen haben ergeben, dass sich sein Zustand stets verbessert und sie gehen davon aus, dass es ihm besser als zuvor gehen wird und er sich 15 Jahre jünger fühlen wird, als er tatsächlich ist.

Sie sagte ebenfalls, dass sie sehr stolz darauf sei, was er in den vergangenen 3 Monaten erreicht habe und, dass er sich schon darauf freut, eventuell die Arbeit an den DVDs zu beenden, und er definitiv nicht mit der Musik aufhören wird, auch wenn sie “noch nicht konkret sagen kann, wann er wieder damit beginnen wird, an mit King Diamond verbundenen Dingen zu arbeiten.

ENGLISH: King Diamonds wife Livia has recently published a note about KING’s health after his triple-bypass surgery.

King has just finished his Cardiac Rehabilitation program Friday, March 11th, and graduated with flying colors. Thanks to the wonderful people at the rehab center, his exercise regimen helpe him gain a lot of muscle, and start on the road of building up good endurance.

We will start regular exercises now to get the endurance up to nice levels. The examinations by his heart surgeon and cardiologist revealed that his health is steadily improving, and they all expect him to feel better than ever, 15 years younger than he really is.

She also said, that she’s “immensely proud of what he has achieved in these short 3 months” and that “he is looking forward to finishing the DVDs eventually, and he is most certainly not stopping music”, even though she can’t “say anything certain about when he will be back working on King Diamond related things”.
