REV 16:8 – zwei neue Songs online! / two new songs online!
30. März 2011DEUTSCH: “Ashlands” lautet der Titel des neuen, von den Medien hochgelobten Albums der schwedischen Black Metaller REV 16:8, das am 8. April 2011 veröffentlicht wird. Zwei neue Stücke („Coal Mirror“ und der Titelsong) können HIER online angehört werden!

BLACK ‘N BLUE – Hard Rock für eure Ohren! / Hard Rock for your ears!

März 2011DEUTSCH: Black ‘n Blue veröffentlichten vier erfolgreiche und von Kritikern gefeierte Alben über Geffen Records: ihr selbstbetiteltes Debüt (1984), “Without Love” (1985), “Nasty Nasty”(1986) und “In Heat”(1987), wobei die beiden letztgenannten Alben der legendäre Gene Simmons von KISS produziert hat.
Im Frühjahr 2003 hat Sänger Jaime St. James Black ‘n Blue neu formiert. Zusammen mit St. James begannen die ursprünglichen Mitglieder Warner und Young ein neues Album mit dem Titel “Hell Yeah!” aufzunehmen. Das Album wurde nun Ende 2010 abgeschlossen, nachdem Sänger St. James mit der Band Warrant mehrere Jahren engagiert war.
Das neue Album “Hell Yeah!”geht zurück auf die Wurzeln des “klassischen” Black ‘n Blue Sounds. Prall-durchmischte und hart-rockige Songs mit einer schmierigen Haltung. Festival-Auftritte und ausgewählte Touren sind in Arbeit um 2011 zu einem Black ‘n Blue Jahr werden zu lassen!

ENGLISH: Black ‘N Blue released four successful and critically acclaimed albums through Geffen Records including their self-titled debut (1984), “Without Love” (1985), “Nasty Nasty” (1986), and “In Heat” (1987), with the latter two albums produced by the legendary Gene Simmons of KISS.
In early 2003, vocalist Jaime St. James reformed Black ‘N Blue. Along with St. James, original members Warner and Young began recording a new album titled “Hell Yeah!” The album was completed only in late 2010 since singer Jaime St. James was involved with Warrant for several years.
The new album “Hell Yeah!” goes back to the roots of the “classic” Black ‘N Blue sound, mixing tight and hard rocking songs with a sleazy attitude. Festival appearances and selected tour dates are in the works to make the 2011 a Black ‘N Blue year !

30. März 2011DEUTSCH: Die schwedischen Pioniere der dunklen Musik sind seit vielen Jahren eine konstante Größe in der Szene und es ist schwer, es sich ohne sie vorzustellen. Ihr größter Vorteil ist eine beispiellose Originalität, die als treibende Kraft für die Band dient, um neue Ideen zu verfolgen und selbst zu verwirklichen. Eines ist sicher: jedes Lake Of Tears-Album klingt ein wenig anders als sein Vorgänger ist aber in keiner Weise von minderer Qualität.
Das gleiche gilt für die neue Platte “Illwill” die im April herauskommt. Der Song U.N.S.A.N.E. könnt ihr euch schon einmal hier gratis herunterladen.
ENGLISH: The Swedish pioneers of dark music are a constant magnitude in the scene since many years and it’s hard to imagine it without them. Their biggest advantage is an unprecedented originality that serves as the driving force for them to pursue new ideas and to self-actualize. One thing is for sure: each Lake Of Tears album will sound a little different than its predecessor, but will be in no way of inferior quality.

SUIDAKRA – veröffentlichen zweiten Videoclip! / Release second Video!
28. März 2011DEUTSCH: Seit Freitag, 25. März 2011 ist Suidakra’s neues Album “Book Of Dowth” im Handel erhältlich.
Mit “Stone Of The Seven Suns” haben die Celtic Metaller nun auch den zweiten neuen Videoclip veröffentlich, den ihr hier oder unten sehen könnt.
Nächste Woche startet Suidakra’s Europatour mit Onslaught.

28. März 2011DEUTSCH: Britney Spears’ Comeback entgleist wegen den achtziger Jahre schnulz-rocker Whitesnake. Das siebte Album des unruhigen Stars steht online derzeit hinter den Dauerwelle-Veteranen.
Die alten Stadion-Füller, angeführt von David Coverdale, sind wahrscheinlich am Besten bekannt für ihre Hymnen “Is This Love” und “Here I Go Again”.
Ihr elftes Album “Forevermore” hat 35% mehr Vorbestellungen auf der Website amazon.co.uk als Brit’s Album Nummer sieben “Femme Fatale” hatte.
Ein Sprecher der Firma sagte: “Britney Spears ist eine der weltweit erfolgreichsten Pop-Acts mit einer Karriere von mehr als zehn Jahre. Doch sogar mit diesem Stammbaum wird sie überschattet von den Verkaufszahlen der alten Staatsmänner des britischen Rock.”

The ageing stadium-fillers, led by Yorkshireman David Coverdale, are probably best known for their anthems “Is This Love” and “Here I Go Again”.
Their eleventh album “Forevermore” has had 35% more pre-orders on website amazon.co.uk than Brit’s seventh “Femme Fatale”.
A spokesperson for the firm said: “Britney Spears is one of the most successful global pop acts with a career spanning more than ten years but, even with this pedigree, she is being overshadowed and outsold by the elder statesmen of British rock.”
“Whitesnake were already releasing their fourth album in 1981, the year Britney was born, and it is a major achievement to be racking up more pre-orders than the pop princess.”
