As many of you know already, Phil Kennemore was recently diagnosed
with metastatic cancer. Phil has undergone a barrage of tests, a long
hospital stay at Stanford, an operation, and will soon start
aggressive chemotherapy to regain his health and get him back with the
band on stage again.

Because of this and potentially more treatments to come, I have put
together a fund for Phil so that people from around the world can make
donations to help him with his enormous medical bills. I have set up
